This group of reports is designed to assist in estimating cash flow projections over the next several weeks/months.

Accounts Receivable are separated into < 90 and > 90 categories.  The last payment date and amount are displayed with columns to estimate cash flow.

INVOICE HISTORY

The reports in this group retrieve all invoice records for the date range and other criteria selected.

Fees and Costs on each invoice are displayed.  Payments, Credits and Write Offs are also shown, if any, with the remaining balance, if any.

OPEN INVOICE LISTING

This report group retrieves all invoices with balances for the date range selected, then shows, for each invoice:

1. The original invoice amount,
2. Any payments made and
3. Current balance.

PAYMENT DISTRIBUTION

Retrieves invoices for the date range and other filter criteria selected that have had payments applied.  For each invoice, shows check number, date and amount and the amount of the check that was applied to fees, costs or other charges with the balance of the invoice.

This report is listed by Matter Ref By Invoice Date By Payment Date.

INVOICE LISTINGS

Provides a listing of invoices for the date range and other criteria selected.  For each invoice, a summary of Fees, Costs, Interest, Taxes and Other charges are displayed with the current balance of the invoices.

Provides a listing of open invoices with 30, 60, 90, etc. aging.

This report group calculates aged accounts receivable for dates prior to the current date.

OPEN INVOICE ANALYSIS

Retrieves invoices with balances for the date range and other filter criteria selected.

The reports then displays the hours, fees and costs on the invoices with payments made, if any.  Remaining fees, costs, taxes, interest and finance charges are detail if there is a remaining balance.
