This group of reports is used to provide information for preparing bills.

In addition to WIP records to be billed, the following items are included:

1.  WIP and AR aged summary;
2. Funds and AR Activity since last bill;
3. Fee Recap by staff;
4. Cost recap by classification code

A pdf report with samples may be viewed by clicking on the icon at left.

WORK-IN-PROCESS

This report group retrieves all billing records that have NOT been billed for the date range and other filter criteria selected.

The report output is then displayed with 30, 60, 90, etc. day aging.

BILLED WITH % COLLECTED

This group of reports retrieves all BILLED billing records for the date range and other filter criteria selected.

Fees and Costs are analyzed separately.

For each billing record, payments applied are calculated, then an overall % received calculation is made.

BILLED  WITH COLLECTED VARIANCE

This group of reports retrieves all BILLED billing records for the date range and other criteria selected.  Records are retrieved regardless of whether or not paid.

Payments for the same date range and other filter criteria are also retrieved, regardless of which invoices were paid.

Billed records are compared to receipts based on the time interval, not on whether or not specific invoices/bills were paid.

MONTHLY BILLED TREND

This group of reports retrieves all BILLED billing records where the task date falls in the date range selected and where other filter criteria are met.

The report results are displayed in a row x column format where each column represents a month of the year (Jan-Dec) and the billing record amounts are placed in the appropriate month based on the task date.

SUMMARY VIEW

This group of reports provides a summary view of the status of selected matters.

Work In Process Fees and Costs, Trust Fund Balances, Accounts Receivable Summary Balances and the Last Invoice and Payment Dates are included.

BILLING HISTORY

This group of reports retrieves all billing records (including Fees and Costs) for the date range and other filter criteria selected.  The purpose is to provide a detailed history of billing records entered.

Total Fees Billed, Total Expenses Billed, Last Bill Date and Last Payment Date are included on the report.

BILLING RECORDS PAID | UNPAID

This group of reports retrieves all billing records for the date range and other filter criteria selected.  Both Billed and WIP records are retrieved.

The report output shows a total for all WIP (not billed) plus billed records for which no payment has been received plus billed records for which payment HAS been received.
